Emo Orodjarna - SLOVENIA
The very beginnings of tool manufacturing in the EMO factory go back to 1894.
Immediately after the Second World War, they acquired the technology for cold and
hot reshaping of metals, mostly for car industry, metal and electric industry. Today,
EMO can offer all sorts of simple and sophisticated tools, constructed with the aid of
CAD technique, with the use of modern software (CAM, CAPP).
EMO Orodjarna d.o.o., Celje, Slovenia, is now one of the leading Slovene tool and
die producers. It is specialised in the project development, design, simulation, production,
serving, testing and marketing of high quality prototypes and progressive transfer tools
and dies for sheet metal forming in the automotive and aircraft industry. In 2002
EMO Orodjarna sales were 6.2 mio EUR, with the percentage of export sales of
96%. EMO Orodjarna has 148 employees, a staff of highly specialised and experienced engineers, technicians and qualified workers. Reference list of EMO
