Toolmakers cluster of Slovenia (TCS) - SLOVENIA
Toolmakers cluster of Slovenia is organized according to principles of a network organization that connects cooperating companies and organizations through a common communication centre. The communication centre role in tool cluster Slovenia belongs to Zavod C-TCS Celje that is a conglomerate of cooperating companies and organizations. TCS business operates within agreed cooperation and coordination fields that are in TCS defined as SRP (strategic fields of development). Settled cooperation and coordination fields of TCS are:
- RTD ( common Research and Technology Development activity)
- SCM (supply chain management)
- CRM (client relationship management)
- TCS marketing
- Organisation–information infrastructure of C-TCS and TCS members
- TCS entrepreneurial infrastructure
The toolmakers cluster consists of several numbers of virtual networks. The main focus of this network is how to control virtual supply chains, virtual production, etc. In this project TCS sees the opportunities how to solve this problems.
